Don Jazzy Unveils Massive New Mavin Records Studio

Music producer Don Jazzy has unveiled a new corporate headquarters and creative studios for his record label, Mavin. Situated in V.I and Lekki, Lagos respectively. This new massive studio is worthy of international standard. Jazzy who clocked 37 yesterday took to his instagram and twitter page to announce the good news. He wrote;

All glory to God for making me see another year. God has been sooo faithful to me. They say a fool at forty is a fool foerver so Turning 37 today makes me feel Jazzy you have only 3 more years to be a fool o lol. As I get older I strive to make sure #Allisinorder with my business. So in addition to my birthday celebration, we at Mavin are also unveiling our new creative and corporate spaces. We are happy to move to our new spaces.

Mavin Records has grown over the years on the corporate and creative side which influenced the decision to relocate our business to two separate spaces with the corporate space in Victoria Island, Lagos and the creative studios in Lekki, Lagos. The new spaces will help us ensure our teams are happier, further boost productivity and creativity as we continue to excute our growth plans. Thanks for the love and support always.”

The Award- winning music producer is the former CEO of Nigerian record label, MO’Hits Records, founded in 2004. His first full credit production work was in 2004 on Tongolo for former partner D’banj. After that, Jazzy went on to produce D’banj‘s first studio album titled “No long thing” in 2003.

His record label Mavin was birthed in 2012 after he and musician D’banj split. Since its emergence, Mavin has produced top stars in the Nigerian music industry like Tiwa Savage, Reekado Banks, Dr. Sid and new signee Rema and Crayon amongst others. However, in May 2019 Tiwa Savage left Mavin records to join Universal Music group. Mavin records is known for nurturing great talents from star to stardom.

Recently, the producer went down memory lane and shared a touching story of how he almost gave up when he started Mavin Records. Jazzy has a lot to be thankful for and here is one. Congratulations to Jazzy.
