Nigerian legendary producer and music executive, Don Jazzy has raised concern over the rising spate of insecurity in Lagos and Ogun states as the coronavirus lockdown continues.
In a tweet posted on Friday, April 17, the Mavin Records boss, said he is deeply concerned about the insecurity many people are now challenged with. As seen on social media recently, many Nigerians in the states where lockdown had been effected, have lost their sleep, thereby arming themselves with knives and cutlasses, because of the increasing robberies by miscreants.
Inhabitants of some districts across Lagos and Ogun states have reported a surge in the gang attacks.
Don Jazzy who expressed his sympathy to victims of the rising insecurity, however, charged the Nigeria Police Force (NPF) to ensure the safety of lives and properties as Nigerians live through the time of the pandemic.

As Don Jazzy clearly stated, there is a need for the police force to strengthen the security in the country for the benefit of the Nigerian populace.
