Davido, Rema, others win 2023 AFRIMMA awards

Numerous Nigerian superstars, including Davido, Rema, Ayra Starr, Flavour, Blaqbonez, Odumodublvck, and KCee, were honored at the awards ceremony held in Texas.

Davido, the Nigerian megastar, was awarded the Album of the Year prize for his record-breaking fourth album, ‘Timeless’.

Rema beat out Asake and other superstars to win the Artist of the Year award.

Ayra Starr was named Best Female for West Africa.

Flavour received the award for Best Live Performance.

ODUMODUBLVCK was recognized as the Best Newcomer.

Blaqbonez won the award for Best Rap Act, and KCee was honored with the AFRIMMA Legendary award.

Timaya also received the Lifetime Achievement award.
