Afro-beat star, Davido makes debut on America’s premier album chart, Billboard 200, with his recently-released album, A Better Time.

In the week of November 28, 2020, the DMW boss saw his third studio project debut at No. 170 on the same chart.

This was Davido’s maiden appearance on the chart, but his silver-certified single, Fall has been on a few charts, including the Billboard Digital Song Sales Charts.

This however follows Burna Boy‘s album, Twice As Tall, which debuted at No. 54 on the Billboard 200.

In the previous week, Wizkid’s Made In Lagos album debuted at No. 80 on the same chart.

It is, however, pertinent to note that Wizkid, Burna Boy, and Davido followed the footsteps of Juju music maestro, King Sunny Ade who saw two of his albums debut in the Billboard 200 in the 80s.
