Chigozie Obioma Makes The 2019 Longlist For U.S. Digital Book Award

Nigerian writer Chigozie Obioma is on yet another longlist, the 2019 U.S. Digital Book Award, for his book “An Orchestra of Minorities.”
The writer had earlier in the year been longlisted for the 2019 Man Booker Prize for the same book. His debut novel, “The Fisherman” published in 2015, has received a lot of positive acclaim.

Digital Book World is a major event around publishing and books that happens annually in the United States. One of its most eagerly awaited features is the Digital Book World Awards which recognises exceptional organisations in the global publishing landscape. The awards feature over 100 awards available across the wide world of publishing, spanning the globe. Where books are concerned, awards are given in among others The Best Book (Non-Fiction), Best Book (Fiction), Best Book (Children’s), Best Book (Poetry), and Best Book (Suspense/Horror).
