The 16th edition of the BET Hip Hop Awards held on Tuesday night with some of the biggest names in the music industry competing for top honors.
The BET Hip Hop awards recognizes the accomplishments of hip-hop artistes in the year in review. This year’s ceremony was hosted by comedians, Karlous Miller, DC Young Fly and Chico Bean.
Some of the big winners of the night include Tyler, the Creator, Lil Baby, Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion.

The BET Hip Hop Awards also honored Nelly with the I Am Hip Hop Award in recognition of his 20 years working in the industry. Additionally, Tyler, the Creator was awarded the inaugural Rock the Bells Cultural Influence award.
