Bruce Williamson, Temptations Singer, Dies Of COVID-19

Bruce Williamson, the former lead vocalist of the American soul group, The Temptations, has passed away at 50.

The musician died from coronavirus on Sunday night at his Las Vegas home. He was reported to have battled with coronavirus after having his gallbladder removed.

Bruce Alan Williamson Jr., the singer’s son took to his social media page to pen an emotional tribute to the deceased.

“There’s no words in the world that can express how I feel right now I love you Daddy thank you for being awesome thank you for being loving thank you for being Who You Are I pray to God and we will meet again. I love you Daddy R.I.H KING WILLIAMSON,” he wrote.

Williamson joined the Temptations in 2006 and left in 2015. He was lead vocalist on their albums Back to the Front, released in 2007, and Still Here, released in 2010.
