‘Blue Films’ More Lucrative Than Nollywood- Seyi Hunter

Nigerian actor and adult entertainment exponent, Seyi Hunter says starring in “blue films” or pornography is way more profitable than the current regular Nollywood.

Speaking to eelive.ng in an exclusive interview, Ms. Hunter who says she had invested her all Including having to sell her car into the business explained that the business is. The multimillion-Naira venture, which has totally committed herself to.

And the benefit the producer and director noted is not just for the producers but even actors earn far more than their Nollywood colleagues and are never subjected to the popular “you must pay your dues” excuses that producers use to deny acted their true rights in Nollywood.

Hear Ms.Hunter:

“You can’t compare it to Nollywood. They make more money than the Nollywood actors, unlike the Nollywood upcoming people who are told to still pay their dues before they can get properly paid.  Our range is between 350k to 800k depending on the body and the class. In Nollywood, DSTV is the only outlet that buys the movies so that the supply is 100 times more than the demand. But here, you have subscribers who come in every day to watch.

Also, you have those who want to place adverts. And you know a lot of people have a lot of sexual fantasies they want to bring to live before they die, and we are here to provide these services. I tell people Sinful Friday is a multi-billion-naira project. I sold my car because we needed funds. We worked both night and day. My dream is for me to put all my investment into this business and every other thing will have to be on hold. I see us earning N10 million in a day.”

Hunter, who boasted that her porn site was the only authentic one in Nigeria; explained that she has first-class “artists” who have not been seen on any other site before hers. She explained that this gives her an edge over all others who may be pretending to be in the business.

According to her, her artists are mostly made up of graduates and undergraduates who desire to have careers in pornography; even though they are neither prostitutes nor loose girls who would sleep around. Expatiating on this, Hunter explained that some of these girls had shared the frustration they had with male porn producers; who insisted on “sampling” them before they could be cast for roles.

She pointed out the hypocrisy of Nigerians who criticise pornography; noting that the country supplies some of the greatest patronages to the porn industry globally.
