Beyoncé shut down a tiny local TV studio in the Hamptons to record a secret project. Also, she apparently had the facility terminate their contracts with other people that had booked to shoot there.

Sources say that the superstar suddenly decided to take over the LTV studio in Wainscott, New York; which usually turns out local-access programming, last week to make the mystery project.

“It’s a big studio with two separate buildings,” said a source. “The whole thing was closed for Beyoncé so nobody could go in”. The Black Parade singer took over the place for four days.

Beyoncé and husband Jay-Z bought a $26 million mansion on East Hampton’s exclusive Georgica Pond in 2017. As recently as August 25th, the couple were spotted in the area; hanging out with Twitter founder Jack Dorsey on a yacht.

It appears that amid the pandemic, Beyoncé has decided to make use of the local facilities rather than travel into New York City. Beyoncé has a history of filming projects in secret then releasing them out of the blue. She did so with her self-titled album and visual album; as well as the Homecoming film, which she made while headlining Coachella in 2018.

Her most recent project is the Black Is King visual album, which she filmed in its entirety during the coronavirus lockdown.
