Former BBNaija contestant Ka3na throws shade at fellow housemate Nengi after the latter announced her new status as a homeowner.
Rebecca Nengi Hampson showed off her ₦75 million mansion in Lagos. Nengi’s four-bedroom duplex features a fully-fitted kitchen, family lounge, a dining area, a walk-in shower among other things.
On Tuesday, March 9, 2021, Nengi announced that the acquisition. “2021 just keeps getting better. With consistency, dedication, and hard work, I finally get to tick this off my checklist. Thank you Lord for your continued blessings. Can’t wait to play table tennis with my friends in my ‘Pengi’ home 😄,” she wrote.
Ka3na, in reaction to Nengi, wrote in a now-deleted tweet: “I bought my home with my hard-earned money before BBN. No comparison whatsoever.”
Her tweet was met with disapproval from Nengi’s fans and other social media users alike as she was dragged for turning what should have been an achievement into a competition.
Ka3na further tweeted on Wednesday in response to the criticism that followed her controversial tweet; saying, “While you’re busy dragging me, hope y’all know social media apps are developed on servers?? If it crashes today hope you have a real-life hustle to fall back on?? Stop trolling and start building your empire. Abi you too no wan buy house ni. CRUISE,” she wrote.
