Big Brother Naija Season 6 housemate, Cross, has revealed that before the return of Pere and Angel, the initial top four finalists had already chosen Whitemoney as the winner of the show.
He said this on Monday, after Angel and Pere’s return to the Big Brother house as finalists of the show. They joined Cross, Emmanuel, Liquorose and Whitemoney, in the house.
“So you made it,” Cross told Angel. He pointed to Whitemoney and stated, “We have already put this one as the winner of the competition.” He continued,
“He has won the competition already. We’re just preparing our mind on who will come second, third, and fourth.”
Liquorose then said, “As we’re now top six, we are no more sure again.”
After talking for some time, Whitemoney left the group. Soon after, Angel called Pere and they both went into the room. She told him Whitemoney wasn’t happy to see them.
Pere and Angel faced fake evictions during the Sunday live show. They isolated in a ‘white room’ in the Big Brother house. The duo were asked to play a game of ‘trucks and screwdrivers’, against each other to compete for a spot of a finalist on the show.
This garnered negative reactions from fans of Pere and even nollywood actor, Fredrick Leonard due to the fact that the voting poll showed Pere had 25.31% of votes while Angel had 14.63%.
In the end, Big Brother announced both Angel and Pere as finalists.
