Nigerians on social media have commended Big Brother Naija ex-housemate, Tega’s husband, Ajeboh Krislawrence, after a video showing him hugging her for the first time since she was evicted, surfaced online.
From the beginning of the show, fans knew Tega as a married woman and mother of one.
However, during her time in the show, Tega formed a romantic connection with fellow evicted housemate, Boma.
She was seen kissing the Shine ya eye housemate a couple of times. She also made out with him on the bed. This was frowned upon by viewers of the show.
After her eviction, the show’s host, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, asked Tega if she missed her husband. He also asked what she thinks about her relationship with Boma. She replied,
“I can’t wait to see my family, I miss my husband. Boma is just my friend. My husband is a bad guy, he wouldn’t take this seriously.”
However, her husband did not share her sentiments. In an Instagram Live Chat with blogger Tunde Ednut, Krislawrence stated that his wife’s actions in the BBNaija House broke him.
Although he expressed his disappointment, he informed that if she apologized, he would accept her.
On Tuesday, using her now verified Instagram account, the 29 year old apologised to her husband and all those who felt let down by her conduct. She said,
“I take full responsibility for my actions and I sincerely apologise to everyone that I disappointed. And to those who could not stand my actions while on the show. I am truly sorry.
Shortly after her public apology, a video went viral showing Tega and Krislawrence hugging each other in their first meeting since she left the BBNaija House.
Many have responded by either praising or condemning her husband for seemingly accepting and forging her.
