Big Brother Naija Season 6 housemate, Cross has reacted to the flowers given to his love interest, Saskay, by Jaypaul, who is also Saskay’s love interest.
This happened on Wednesday night, day 46 of the show, when Big Brother called Jaypaul into the Diary room. When he came out from the Dairy Room, Jaypaul presented the flowers to a surprised Saskay.
Female housemates cheered Jaypaul for his romantic gesture, while Cross was washing the dishes in the kitchen. The male housemate appeared indifferent about the gesture.
However, later when Cross and Angel were discussing about Jaypaul’s actions and she said, “I was happy for them. It was cute. I love things like that.”. Cross replied, “Interesting. That’s good. Well, I’m happy for them.”
Angel laughed. Cross then added, “And I honestly, sincerely believe she’s ‘catching cruise’.”
“With him?” Angel asked.
Cross replied, “Not with him. She’s just ‘catching cruise’ with her life.
In response to this, Angel said, “As you see, we’re Gen Z bro. We’ve not even reached 23.”
“There you go. If I gauge the whole situation, where she’s coming from, the situation she was with outside, and the whole thing she’s doing here, she is really ‘catching cruise’,” Cross said.
Jaypaul’s action is coming after he requested that he and Saskay go their separate ways romantically.
Saskay has been in the middle of a love triangle between Jaypaul and Cross for many weeks now. The female housemate has refused to pick one of the male housemates to be romantically involved with but has continued to encourage both housemates’ romantic gestures.
