Pere has won the Big Brother Naija Head of House games and is now the new head of the BBNaija house.
As is Big Brother tradition now, Monday night’s are Head of House challenge nights in the House. The challenge is a weekly contest where the Housemates compete for the coveted Head of House position.
The position is important as it comes with access to the privacy of the luxurious Head of House Room and most importantly, immunity from eviction. The reigning Head of House also has the power to veto any Housemate’s nomination and replace said housemate with another.
The first head of house of the Big Brother ‘Shine Ya Eye’ season was Peace, then came Boma, and tonight, Pere took the coveted position.
The Head of House game is really straightforward. Each housemate is given 60 seconds to finish the course, where they have to throw a dice and start the game once the dice reveals number 6. The aim of this game of luck is to get the farthest within the time limit.
Before the HoH challenge, Biggie also informed the three new housemates, JMK, Kayvee, Michael and Queen, to watch and learn.

Pere won with 25 points. He was ahead of Liquorose (14), Nini (13), Cross (11) and the other 15 eligible housemates.
When asked to pick a deputy, Pere immediately chose Maria. No suprises there. Last week’s Head of House, Boma chose Jackie B as his deputy and the week before, the first head of house, Peace chose Yousef as her deputy.
However, after the challenge was done, Biggie reminded the housemates that they had to prepare for nomination night. During nomination night, each housemate has to put up 2 of the eligible housemates up for eviction.
