BBNaija season 5 housemate, Tochi has denied calling fellow housemate, Erica a gold digger.
Tochi had incurred the wrath of Erica‘s fans after a video had emerged online alleging he called the disqualified housemate a gold digger.
In the video, he was seen having a conversation with Laycon and Brighto about Erica‘s aim in the reality show before he was evicted.
Reacting to the accusation, he explained that his words were misinterpreted. He wrote;
“My words ‘Erica is Igbo like me we don’t like to suffer, and she is very ambitious. Since she set foot inside the house she knew what she wanted was to win I love her driving spirit.’
“Never called her a gold digger and to those that heard wrong I apologise.”
