BBC journalist and correspondent, Charlotte Pamment and Paul Adams have uncovered yet another touching story for BBC News Africa . This time, they document the lives of two commercial sex workers who walk the streets of Freetown, Sierra Leone.
The women talk about having to endure physical and sexual abuse daily as well as having to deal with being infected with several STDs by their ‘customers’.
According to BBC, Charity groups say they have seen a rise in the number of young girls working in the sex trade in the West African country since the Ebola outbreak ended at the beginning of 2016.
