Popular rapper, Sanni Goriola Wasiu otherwise known as Lil Frosh, has broken his silence after being called out and accused of assaulting a video vixen and his girlfriend, Gift Camile.
Recall that some days ago, Lil Frosh became a trending topic on the Nigerian social media community after being called out and accused of assaulting video vixen Gift Camile, who happens to be his girlfriend.
Camile’s manager who took to social media to call out Lil Frosh, Mayoks Michael shared pictures showing injuries sustained by the victim.
According to Michael, Lil Frosh had been assaulting Camile for more than a year.
Michael also revealed that sometimes the singer would record her naked and threaten to share it on the internet after assaulting her.
In a press release shared on his social media pages, the embattled singer whose contract had been terminated with Davido‘s DMW, as a result of the assault allegation, stated that he will never be in support of assault.
While the Kole Re Body singer didn’t deny the assault allegation, he however apologised for “his actions and inactions.”
The statement read: “Based on the wide range of incidents between I Sanni Goriola Wasiu [Lil Frosh] and Iyomaterire Okeoghene Taiwo [thecutegemini], I would like to inform my fans and loved ones that we are on top of the situation, we urge friends and fans of I, Lil Frosh to be at ease and to entertain fear or cause further rancour to this situation.
“We would also like to state that we condemn violence in all forms, be it domestic or otherwise. I sincerely apologize for my actions and inactions. Thank you.”
