Asake delivered breathtaking performances at his historic Barclays Centre show in New York.

After an exceptional run in 2022 that catapulted him into the mainstream, Asake has continued to enjoy enormous commercial success and significant international performances.

Asake performed at the Barclays Centre in New York on Sept 8.

The centre has a capacity of 19,000 and the show was completely sold out.

This comes just a few weeks after his milestone performance at London’s O2 Arena.

He joined the ranks of artists like Davido, Wizkid, and Burna Boy as headliners of the 20,000-capacity venue.

Asake once again achieved a sold-out show, this time in New York, captivating the audience with his performance.

Asake, who recently won Album of the Year and Next Rated Artist at the 16th Headies Awards, treated the audience to his hit songs from his debut album ‘Mr. Money With The Vibe’ and his sophomore album ‘Work Of Art’.

He delivered a stunning fusion of Fuji music, with the band incorporating the classic drums of Adewale Ayuba’s ‘Ijo Fuji’ into the performance.

Asake’s international success is particularly impressive, given that he primarily uses the Yoruba language in his music.

His achievements on the global stage reflect his superstar status following his remarkable ascent to mainstream success.
