American artiste, Fabolous, recently dropped a single titled “Choosy”, on which he features fellow American singer Jeremih and Afro-pop bigwig, Davido.
Produced by Hitmaka and Swiff D, the “Choosy” track is built on light guitars and afrobeats-inspired beat, all basked in the Caribbean-infused sound most of Davido’s features are characterized by (like in “2AM”)
Jeremih kicks off “Choosy” and handles chorus duties, while Fabolous pops in-and-out with his verses. Davido comes in around the 3-minute mark of the song to deliver a romance-filled verse, on which he infuses his much-played opening line from his hit single, “If.”
The accompanying video, Directed by Gerard Victor follows Fabolous, Davido and Jeremih in and around Cape Verde as it features several beautiful, sun-filled shots of Praia and its people.
