Actress Mbong Amata remarries

Nigerian actress, Mbong Amata, has remarried.

This development comes eight years after she left her former hubby, Jeta Amata.

Taking to her Instagram page on Monday, Mbong shared series of pictures from the ceremony.

She expressed her excitement over her newly found love.

She wrote “Surprise! I’m married! Everything I have ever dreamt of, God has done. Such a bold statement and dare I say that my life is truly complete!

“Being drenched in so much love, and surrounded by my closest pals as I celebrated my nuptials this past weekend felt so incredible. God has blessed me with the best of everything.

“My husband, family, friends, those who couldn’t make it but still sent their love, vendors who worked tirelessly to make my day so special and of course everyone who made huge sacrifices to witness this day, I’m super grateful.”

She has acted in films such as Black November, Forgetting June, and Inale. She won the “Most Beautiful Girl” (Akwa Ibom) in 2003, and was the 2nd runner up in the 2004 Miss Nigeria.

In 2008, Mbong Amata married Jeta Amata and had their daughter Veno later that year. In 2013, they separated and in 2014 they divorced.
