Actor Armie Hammer Splits with Wife of 10 years

Armie Hammer and his wife of 10 years, TV personality Elizabeth Chambers, have split. The former couple announced Friday that after “thirteen years as best friends, soulmates, partners and then parents,” they have decided to “turn the page and move on from our marriage.”

Armie Hammer, who has starred in films including Call Me by Your Name and The Social Network, and his wife Chambers have two children together: daughter Harper, 5, and son Ford, 3.

“It has been an incredible journey,” the post continues, captioning a throwback picture of Hammer and Chambers. “As we enter into this next chapter, our children and relationship as co-parents and dear friends will remain our priority.”

A source told People, “They both still love each other very much and they’ve always been such a close-knit family. I know their main focus right now is their kids and making sure nothing changes for them.”

The Hammer family had been staying in the Cayman Islands, after a planned vacation turned into an extended stay because of the COVID-19 travel restrictions.
