A new documentary that’ll chronicle the life of Britney Spears has been announced by Netflix.
The documentary will explain the drama around Britney’s conservatorship battle with her father Jamie Spears. Britney vs Spears will be released on the streaming platform on September 28, 2021.
On September 29, the pop icon is due in court for probably her most significant court hearing till date. Britney Spears has been in a long and drawn-out legal battle, fighting for her freedom out of the conservatorship that she’s been under for more than a decade. Although he stepped down as the conservatorship of her person in late 2019, Jamie remained in charge of his daughter’s finances, as a conservator of her estate.
Earlier this month, James Spears had finally filed to end his daughter’s conservatorship. The Singer also filed to end the conservatorship back in July.
